Turning managers into leaders

Okay folks, I’ve entered the 21st century!

Since 2002, I’ve issued Merge’s Monthly Mega Minute — a bite-sized, yet substantial and practical, nugget of information that you can use immediately to enhance your professional and personal success.  And you, my clients and colleagues have told me that you have found it useful and valuable.  In fact, I’m proud to say that we have almost 7,000 subscribers in 23 countries.  However, as the years have gone by, spam has become a growing problem, and many of you have written and called to let me know that your organizations’ spam filters are preventing you from getting the Mega Minute.  So the hard-working folks on my team put their thinking caps on and decided that the way to solve this problem is to offer you choices – several in fact – in how you can continue to receive timely valuable information to help you in your day-to-day leadership and workplace communication challenges.  So read on!

But first, let me make something clear.  We are NOT discontinuing the Monthly Mega Minute.  If that works for you, then rest assured that you will continue to receive it, right in your e-mail box, every month.    But … if you’re either not getting the Mega Minute, or you’d prefer to stay connected to me by another method, then you can now access us in four additional ways.  Depending on which option you choose, the format and frequency of the information will be slightly different; but you will get pretty much the same information, no matter what your choice.  Here are your options:

  1. SUBSCRIBE TO THIS BLOG – Turning Managers Into Leaders – by clicking the RSS feed button on the top-right hand corner of this page.  You’ll be notified every time this blog is updated, which will be at least once a week or more frequently, and you’ll be able to read the blog posting at your desktop.  If you miss a notification, no worries, all previous postings will be waiting for you, right here, when you’re ready.
  2. If you’re on LINKEDIN, join my network – go to and click on the Add Merge To Your Network link on the top right.  I’ll keep you “in the know” on valuable information and new tips on leadership development and workplace communication issues.
