Brand-new video series for 2020

I’m so excited to kick-off another brand-new video series for 2020.  For the last few years, I’ve focused on a different subject each year.  Last year the topic was “How to develop and grow your people” – we did 25 videos.  And in 2018, we put out 33 specific tips on how to motivate your employees.  So this year, I’m going to focus on … drum roll please … Productivity tools for leaders.

In my leadership training and mentoring practice, a frequent refrain I hear from my clients is that they start their days with the best of intentions only to get to the end feeling like they’ve gotten nothing substantial accomplished.  So you tell me.  Have you ever felt that a full day has gone by, yet time seems to have escaped you?  Or that instead of checking things off your to-do list, it seems to be longer than it was at the beginning of the day?  If so, then I think that this year’s video series is tailor-made for you.

2020 – one full year of productivity tools focused specifically on leaders

Starting later this month, and every one or two weeks, I’ll offer up a video blog outlining one specific and practical technique to reclaim control of your time, or improve your productivity, or get more done through others, or all of the above.  My focus will be on helping you become a better leader by making you more productive.  Expect one explicit strategy to cope with your escalating workload, even while your time and resources dwindle.  Or one useful tip to better manage your limited time, to do more with less.  I don’t yet know exactly how many of these video blogs I’ll do this year, but my plan is that by the end of 2019, you’ll have at least twenty, perhaps more, practical tools in your Productivity for Leaders toolbox.
